The fund is actively managed and is not benchmarked. The Odyssey range is available to professional clients by nature or size (as defined by the MiFID2 directive), as well as to private investors with the capacity to invest 100,000 euros, subject to their needs being in line with the product and the investment period.
Commercial communication of a promotional nature
Investing in the fund involves a risk of capital loss as well as a liquidity risk. The fund is actively managed and is not benchmarked against an index. Specialized professional funds under French law structured as limited partnerships known as “sociétés de libre partenariat” (SLPs) are not subject to AMF approval and may adopt investment rules that differ from those of approved funds. The SLPs in our Odyssey range Odyssey intended for clients referred to in Article L. 214-162-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, namely: (i) investors referred to in Article L. 214-144 of the Monetary and Financial Code, (ii) the Fund manager, the management company, the general partner, or any company providing management-related services that invests directly or indirectly, as well as their officers, employees, or any natural or legal person acting on their behalf, (iii) investors whose initial subscription or acquisition is at least one hundred thousand (100,000) euros, and (iv) all other investors provided that the subscription or acquisition is made in their name and on their behalf by an investment services provider acting within the scope of the portfolio management investment service, under the conditions set forth in Section I of Article L. 533-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (CMF) and Article 314-11 of the AMF General Regulations, subject to prior verification of the product’s suitability for their situation, objectives, and investment horizon. Subscribers are advised that their funds are locked up for a period of 10 years, except in cases of early release provided for in the articles of association. The SLP is primarily invested in unlisted assets that present specific risks. Subscribers must review the risk factors associated with this SLP as described in the “Risk Profile” section of the articles of association. The selection process, currently being finalized, draws in particular on leading players such asApax , Main Capital , Hg, GTCR, and Bridgepoint, offering complementary exposure to buyout strategies buyout the mid- and large-cap segments in Europe and North America.

These managers primarily target the technology, software, and services sectors, with approaches combining organic growth, digitalization, and build-up. The portfolio thus aims for an allocation predominantly focused on technology assets, complemented by exposures to services, healthcare, and consumer goods.

The selection universe remains dynamic and may be expanded to build a coherent and diversified portfolio positioned in the most promising segments of privateequity.
