Jérémie Mrejen holds a Master's degree in Market Finance Research and a Master's degree in Finance from Paris I University. He began his career in London as a Junior Trader in equity derivatives at HSBC GBM in 2013.
In 2017, he joined Lombard Odier IM in Paris to develop the FraBeLux institutional client base for five years (T1 and T2 pension funds, insurers, mutual insurance companies, pension funds); he then headed up the FraBeLux and Monaco Wholesale business for nearly two years (banks, asset managers, MFOs, management companies).
In 2023, Jérémie joined TOBAM (formerly Lehman AM) as Executive Director Europe to develop institutional and wholesale clientele.
In 2025, he joined Altaroc as Institutional and Wholesale Investor Relations, serving Single and Multi Family Offices in particular.
Tiphaine Merle holds a Master's degree in Law and International Management from ESCP and a Master's 2 in International Business Law. She began her career with HSBC Global Asset Management as a Financial Lawyer, where she developed her expertise in financial law, with a particular focus on UCIs invested in listed assets, both in France and internationally. In 2021, she joined ODDO BHF Asset Management and quickly progressed to the position of Head of Legal Affairs France - Asset Management. She joined Altaroc at the beginning of 2025 as Senior Legal Officer, to support the legal development of investment solutions in France and internationally, as well as fund structuring.
Over 20 years' experience in the banking sector, with a particular focus on Private Banking. Isabelle has an intimate knowledge of the networks in which she worked for over 10 years. She combines this in-depth understanding of the various businesses with a vision of the sector's major challenges, thanks to her contribution to numerous strategic transformation programs.
With a Master's degree in private law, specializing in wealth management (Aix-Marseille University), Sarah began her career in banking before joining In Extenso in 2021 as a wealth management advisor and private banking advisor.
For more than three years, she worked with a clientele of business executives, advising them on wealth management and investment strategy structuring issues.
With a degree in Banking and Financial Markets, Diana has solid experience in risk management and regulatory compliance acquired with major international financial players.
Diana has held the positions of RCCI and Head of Risk Management at Russell Investments France.
Over the course of her career, Diana has also supported the Compliance Departments of several asset management companies and Banks on assignments involving Internal Audit, RCCI transition management, regulatory compliance, risk management and operational reinforcement, at two firms specializing in regulatory consulting.
Diana has also held various specialist positions in regulatory project management at Société Générale, and structured product credit risk management at Moody's Investors Services in London.
Diana joined Altaroc in 2024 as RCCI, in charge of steering the company's compliance and internal control system.
A graduate of HEC in 1996, Claire has almost 30 years' experience in financial communications and financial control.
Claire began her career as a management analyst in the Finance Department of the Lafarge Group. She then held various positions in the financial communications departments of CAC 40 groups. In 2006, she joined Saint-Gobain's Financial Controls department, where she was involved in a number of major M&A projects. She then joined Verallia in 2010, during the IPO project, to take charge of Investor Relations and Communications. In 2015, she was appointed Investor Relations and Financial Control Director at Verallia, where she was responsible in particular for the numerous refinancing operations as part of the LBO led by Apollo.
She has been Altamir's Investor Relations Director since October 2018, and Altaroc 's Reporting & ESG Director since 2021. In particular, she manages the company's financial and extra-financial reporting activities, as well as the deployment of its ESG policy.
Marion Lavigne Delville holds a Master's degree in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an MSc in management from EM Lyon Business School. She worked for 6 years as a lawyer in the Private Equity and M&A department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where she assisted investment funds and financial groups with their equity investments.
In 2020, she joined ODDO BHF as a lawyer in the Private Equity department, before taking up the position of Head of Legal Private Assets in 2023. Marion has been General Counsel of Altaroc since April 2024.

Eric began his career in 2003 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg, then in Paris, where he spent five years as Supervisor-Auditor in the Financial Services department. A graduate of Ecole Centrale Supelec and Wharton Business School (Palmer Award with High Distinction), Frédéric Stolar has over 35 years' experience in Private Equity, including almost 20 years as Co-founder and Managing Director of Sagard funds, the leading Mid-Market Investor in French-speaking Europe.
Frédéric began his career at Apax, before joining Warburg Pincus in London as Head of Financial Services. In 2001, with the support of Power Corporation of Canada and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (Albert Frère and Paul Desmarais families), he co-founded Sagard and successfully raised and deployed its first three funds, positioning the company as one of the most successful French investment funds in the mid-market segment.
