Antoine joined the investment team in 2025 as an Analyst. Prior to this, Antoine gained experience working in the investment team at Sienna Investment Managers, as well as through several internships, notably at EY and Boston Scientific.
A recent graduate of Dauphine and Georgetown, Paul spent several years in the M&A and Tax departments of leading law firms before moving into Compliance and Internal Control in the private equity sector.
Paul joined Altaroc September 2025 after spending four years building up extensive experience in supporting small-cap private equity professionals, first at an asset management company and then at a consulting firm.
With 27 years of experience in the asset management industry, she has led business development across all channels—institutional, wholesale, and retail distribution—drawing on her solid expertise in markets and products, as well as her strong leadership and strategic vision.
Customer-focused, it makes the satisfaction and success of its partners and investors its true mission.
With over twenty years of experience in asset management in Germany, she has held management positions at leading international and German asset management companies.
She joins Altaroc lead strategic development in the German market and support banks, wealth managers, and family offices in integrating the group's private equity solutions.
With a DCG and a Master 2 in Finance in Business Valuation and Transfer, he began his career in Luxembourg with an auditing firm. He then joined custodian banks, notably Pictet, first as a consultant and then in-house for several years. He then joined Altaroc in spring 2025 as Middle Back Office Manager.
Victoria Marchant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University (California). She began her career as a freelance visual designer, then joined DisasterAWARE Enterprise in San Jose, where she worked on visual communication projects for print and digital. She continued her career at Newfund Capital in Paris as a marketing and communications manager, before joining Altaroc in November 2024 as a graphic designer on the marketing team, where she contributes to the design and implementation of the company's communication materials.
Jérémie Mrejen holds a Master's degree in Market Finance Research and a Master's degree in Finance from Paris I University. He began his career in London as a Junior Trader in equity derivatives at HSBC GBM in 2013.
In 2017, he joined Lombard Odier IM in Paris to develop the FraBeLux institutional client base for five years (T1 and T2 pension funds, insurers, mutual insurance companies, pension funds); he then headed up the FraBeLux and Monaco Wholesale business for nearly two years (banks, asset managers, MFOs, management companies).
In 2023, Jérémie joined TOBAM (formerly Lehman AM) as Executive Director Europe to develop institutional and wholesale clientele.
In 2025, he joined Altaroc as Institutional and Wholesale Investor Relations, serving Single and Multi Family Offices in particular.
Tiphaine Merle holds a Master's degree in Law and International Management from ESCP and a Master's 2 in International Business Law. She began her career with HSBC Global Asset Management as a Financial Lawyer, where she developed her expertise in financial law, with a particular focus on UCIs invested in listed assets, both in France and internationally. In 2021, she joined ODDO BHF Asset Management and quickly progressed to the position of Head of Legal Affairs France - Asset Management. She joined Altaroc at the beginning of 2025 as Senior Legal Officer, to support the legal development of investment solutions in France and internationally, as well as fund structuring.
A graduate of emlyon business school and Neoma Business School, Jeanne has acquired solid expertise in content strategy and communications. With over 3 years' experience at Lifen, she contributed to the brand's development in the field of digital health. Passionate about tech and innovation, she also honed her skills during her experiences as a VC at Serena and at Techleap, an incubator in Amsterdam, supporting startups and entrepreneurs in their growth.
With a double Master's degree in Management and Web-Business, Nils has built his career in innovative environments where he has held marketing and growth positions. With over 10 years' experience, including 7 years in startups, he has supported management teams in defining and deploying ambitious acquisition strategies, with efficiency and performance at the heart of his missions.
Julie has contributed to the success of start-ups, ETIs and major groups, as a member of the management committee. Her expertise is particularly focused on digital marketing, with the optimization of online purchase paths, around the brand and customer strategy with the implementation of CRM, loyalty programs aimed at developing business and maximizing conversions.
Over 20 years' experience in the banking sector, with a particular focus on Private Banking. Isabelle has an intimate knowledge of the networks in which she worked for over 10 years. She combines this in-depth understanding of the various businesses with a vision of the sector's major challenges, thanks to her contribution to numerous strategic transformation programs.
With a master's degree in accounting and management, and 7 years' experience in a public accounting firm, he has worked and interacted with a wide range of companies and sectors.
With a Master's degree in private law, specializing in wealth management (Aix-Marseille University), Sarah began her career in banking before joining In Extenso in 2021 as a wealth management advisor and private banking advisor.
For more than three years, she worked with a clientele of business executives, advising them on wealth management and investment strategy structuring issues.
With over 8 years' experience in transformation consulting and the management of end-to-end digital projects, I have been involved in improving the customer experience, managing and optimizing processes, and setting up digital platforms.
Graduated with a Master in Management (MiM) from EDHEC Business School, after a B/L preparatory class. With 2 years' experience in investment, including one as a Real Estate Private Equity analyst, she also spent 1.5 years in strategy consulting, specializing in the financial sector (Private Equity, M&A)."
After starting her career in corporate banking, she switched to public accounting. She spent five years in banking, five years in an accountancy firm, and five years in the corporate world.
A graduate of ESCE Paris (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Extérieur), she also obtained an M2 in Finance and Enterprise Risk Management from IAE Nantes.
In April 2024, Gaëlle joined Altaroc , where she was in charge of bookkeeping for the management company and the funds, as well as the respective financial statements, tax returns and annual accounts.
With a degree in Banking and Financial Markets, Diana has solid experience in risk management and regulatory compliance acquired with major international financial players.
Diana has held the positions of RCCI and Head of Risk Management at Russell Investments France.
Over the course of her career, Diana has also supported the Compliance Departments of several asset management companies and Banks on assignments involving Internal Audit, RCCI transition management, regulatory compliance, risk management and operational reinforcement, at two firms specializing in regulatory consulting.
Diana has also held various specialist positions in regulatory project management at Société Générale, and structured product credit risk management at Moody's Investors Services in London.
Diana joined Altaroc in 2024 as RCCI, in charge of steering the company's compliance and internal control system.
After graduating with a Master's degree in Law (Business and Banking Law), I worked as a private banker, before joining organization and management consulting firms. I have worked on a variety of assignments, including scoping, Target Operating Model definition, project management, deployment, process redesign and organizational impacts (outsourcing, HR issues, etc.) in international environments.
A graduate in Digital Strategy from EM Grenoble, she has worked with several hundred BtoB and BtoC companies during her 5 years in Consulting, assisting them with the scoping, implementation/optimization and training of teams to set up a CRM database.
Altaroc is also 20 key employees at our main suppliers. These employees are dedicated exclusively to Altaroc. Their aim is to simplify the user experience for our partners and their customers. They include designers, developers, graphic artists, videographers, project managers and CRM experts from all over the world, who work every day to make the Altaroc revolution possible.
With a degree in Management and Marketing, Ekaterina has fifteen years' experience in customer relations, event organization and office management.
Ekaterina began her career as Restaurant General Manager, before moving on to become Market Developer at MBA Center, where she was responsible for prospecting and developing a customer portfolio. She also worked as a Quadrilingual Executive Assistant for Servcorp, then as Executive Assistant, Marketing & Events Officer for Kroll.
Ekaterina joined Altaroc in 2024 as Office Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the offices, overseeing the coordination of administrative activities, facilities management and Altaroc event coordination. Her objectives are to create a great experience in a prestigious environment when organising events, and to establish a pleasant and functional workspace for employees, which is the key to creating osmosis within the teams.
A graduate of HEC in 1996, Claire has almost 30 years' experience in financial communications and financial control.
Claire began her career as a management analyst in the Finance Department of the Lafarge Group. She then held various positions in the financial communications departments of CAC 40 groups. In 2006, she joined Saint-Gobain's Financial Controls department, where she was involved in a number of major M&A projects. She then joined Verallia in 2010, during the IPO project, to take charge of Investor Relations and Communications. In 2015, she was appointed Investor Relations and Financial Control Director at Verallia, where she was responsible in particular for the numerous refinancing operations as part of the LBO led by Apollo.
She has been Altamir's Investor Relations Director since October 2018, and Altaroc 's Reporting & ESG Director since 2021. In particular, she manages the company's financial and extra-financial reporting activities, as well as the deployment of its ESG policy.
Marion Lavigne Delville holds a Master's degree in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an MSc in management from EM Lyon Business School. She worked for 6 years as a lawyer in the Private Equity and M&A department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where she assisted investment funds and financial groups with their equity investments.
In 2020, she joined ODDO BHF as a lawyer in the Private Equity department, before taking up the position of Head of Legal Private Assets in 2023. Marion has been General Counsel of Altaroc since April 2024.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School and Maastricht University, Antoine's expertise spans all asset classes, with a particular focus on Private Equity.
Antoine began his career at Morgan Stanley IM, where for five years he developed distribution to private banks and multi-family offices in France, as well as solutions dedicated to these client segments. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2022.
Antoine joined Altaroc in 2023 as Senior Sales and Product Specialist, with responsibility for developing the Swiss market.
With a Master's degree in Business and Finance (ICHEC Brussels), Julie has over twenty years of experience in international financial asset management and distribution.
After working in brokerage and then asset management, notably at ODDO BHF and Robeco, she joined Altaroc 2023 to head up the Swiss office in Geneva. She assists private banks, independent asset managers, and family offices in integrating private equity solutions into their allocations.
A business school graduate, Clément has over ten years of experience in asset management, gained notably at Rothschild & Co and VEGA Investment Managers, where he worked in fund selection, product management, and business development for high-net-worth and UHNW clients.
He joined Altaroc 2023 as Head of Partnerships for the Île-de-France region. He assists wealth management advisors and management companies in integratingAltaroc private equity solutionsAltaroc their allocations.
With a degree in visual communications design and creation from EVC Paris, Juliette is a graphic designer and illustrator with a deep passion for visual creation, and over 10 years of enriching experience in the field.
Her travels through Senegal, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Iran, England, France and Denmark have given her a unique perspective on cultures and artistic styles. Her professional experience includes designing visual identities for prestigious cultural events, redesigning renowned magazines and creating a wide variety of illustrations.
Juliette joined Altaroc as a graphic designer in late 2023. She uses her skills to create remarkable and captivating designs. She is fully committed to using all her creative abilities to enhance the Altaroc brand and elevate it to the top of its industry.
Eliott holds a Master of Science in Finance from ESSEC Business School and has nearly ten years of experience working with institutional and corporate investors.
After working at BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Cedrus & Partners, and Trusteam Finance, he joined Altaroc 2022 as Head of Key Account Partnerships. He assists family offices, multi-family offices, and wealth management advisors, particularly in the Southeast region, in accessing and integratingAltaroc private equity solutions.
With an MBA in Trading and Market Finance (ESLSCA Paris), William has nearly ten years of experience in the distribution of financial assets to private banks and wealth management advisors.
After working at Primonial Asset Management, Financière de l’Échiquier, and Mandarine Gestion, he joined Altaroc 2022 as Head of Partnerships for Western France. He supports retail partners in the region in integrating and developingAltaroc private equity solutions.
With a Master's degree in Finance – Portfolio Management, Maxime has nine years of experience in asset management and development with wealth management professionals (wealth management advisors, multi-family offices, management companies, and private banks).
After gaining experience at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and then Amilton Meeschaert AM (Mandarine Gestion), he joined Altaroc 2022. As Head of Partnerships for the North and East, he supports regional players in integrating and developingAltaroc private equity solutions.
A graduate of AUREP with degrees in Wealth Management Consulting (ECP) and Wealth Engineering for Business Leaders (IPCE), Thibaut developed expertise in wealth management within banking, insurance, and consulting before founding his own firm and multi-family office in 2016.
He joined Altaroc 2023 as a Key Account Specialist, where he contributes to the development of private equity solutions and the structuring of wealth management strategies tailored to the needs of a demanding clientele.
With a degree in international affairs and a Master's in international journalism, Damien has 12 years' experience in leading television and radio media in mainland France and overseas.
Curious and thorough, he began his career at Radio 1 Tahiti, where he specialised in economic news (analysis of economic reports, monitoring of budget votes, etc.), before joining the editorial team at BFM Business, where for five years he worked on the production of the channel's flagship daily and weekly programs (Intégrale Placements, Tech&Co, C'est Votre Argent, 01 Business). Damien was also deputy editor-in-chief of Antenne Réunion (Réunion's leading TV channel), where he managed the entire editorial team; and he worked with La French Tech Polynésie to organise the Tech4Islands Awards competition, which rewards the best eco-responsible innovations for ultra-marine territories. He has also been a member of the Comité Citoyen pour l'Environnement de la Polynésie Française since 2022.
Damien joined Altaroc in 2022 as Editor-in-Chief, with the mission of offering exclusive content on Private Equity, our managers and portfolio companies, to our partners and private investors.
With a CCA and a DSCG Master's degree, Aude has a diversified background that gives her adaptability and an in-depth understanding of financial issues in a variety of professional contexts.
Aude began her career with a chartered accountancy and auditing firm, where she spent eight years as a Project Manager. This cross-functional experience enabled her to work in a multitude of sectors, developing a good understanding of the accounting specificities of each field. This diversity reinforced her flexibility and ability to take on complex challenges. Subsequently, Aude joined a major insurance company, where she worked in consolidation and reporting, a step that enriched her understanding of international accounting standards.
Aude joined Altaroc in April 2023 as Accounting Manager. Her current role involves overseeing and directing the accounting aspects of the company. Her commitment to operational excellence and passion for professional development make her an asset to the team.
With a Master II in Corporate and European Union Law from the Facultée Jean Monnet Paris Sud XI, Maëla has 11 years' experience in corporate law.
Maëla began her career as a lawyer with the Ginger CEBTP Group, which carried out its first LBO. After 4 years with the company, in 2017 she joined the legal department of NextStage AM, a management company specializing in Capital-Développement.
Maëla joined Altaroc in February 2019 as Maurice Tchenio's Personal Assistant. She has also been Human Resources Manager since April 2023.
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers and King's College London, Louis has worked for over 16 years in the investment teams of Private Equity funds.
Louis Flamand began his career as Senior Account Manager for Quartilium Fund of Funds at Groupama Private Equity for six years, before joining UBS Global Asset Management in London in 2013, for whom he co-lead Private Equity fund selection for the group's global private banking offering outside the US. In January 2015, he joined MetLife Investment Management as Head of Private Equity Investments and Co-Investments in Europe and Asia, i.e., a portfolio of around $5Bn. Louis Flamand has been a member of the supervisory boards of several international asset managers, including CVC, Permira, Hg Capital, Bridgepoint, and Carlyle. He was also a member of the LP Council and the Board of Invest Europe.
He joined Altaroc in 2023 as Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for selecting the funds inAltaroc Vintage Odyssey range, with the aim of selecting the best-performing funds to guarantee distributors and private investors the quality of an exceptional product.

A graduate of Neoma Business School in international financial analysis, Arnaud is an expert in operational processes and data.
Arnaud began his career in 2014, initially working in the listed markets front office. He then worked for a Hong Kong firm before returning to the bank to specialise in derivatives management.
With a strong interest in alternative asset classes and disruptive ideas, he decided to reorient himself in the unlisted sector by joining a management company in 2022 that approaches the market from a fresh angle: Altaroc. As Head of the Support team, he leads the international underwriting team and promotes the use of data at all levels.
A graduate of Toulouse Business School in Corporate Finance, Salma has extensive expertise in project management and digital transformation.
Salma began her career in finance in London as Leading Analyst in Growth Funding Round, before turning to digital project management in the financial sector. For six years, she worked as a Project Manager in the digital transformation of banks and payment companies,
Salma joined Altaroc in 2022 as Chief Project Officer to help revolutionize the Private Equity industry through digital innovations. Her role gives her a global vision of the strategy and all the projects launched by Altaroc, as well as supporting the teams in the deployment of new features.
A graduate of ISEG (International Management – Business Administration & Finance), Marie-Ange has been working for over ten years in middle and back office teams in wealth management.
After working at Vendyssée Finance, HEREZ, and UNEP, she joined Altaroc 2022 as Head of Partner Services. She provides daily support to the operational teams of distributors to facilitate the integration and monitoring of private equity solutions.
With nearly ten years of experience in Middle Office, Isidore has developed a solid understanding of securities trading, cash flows, OTC products, and regulatory issues.
After working at Société Générale Securities Services, he joined Altaroc 2022 as Head of Partner Services. He supports distributors, particularly in the North, East, and Southeast regions, and develops relationships with their middle and back office teams to facilitate the operational integration of private equity solutions.
A graduate of HEIG and holder of AMF certification from the Ecole Supérieure de la Banque, Christophe has spent his entire career in Private Equity.
He began his career in 2000 at Fondinvest Capital, an institutional fund-of-funds management company, where he held the position of Senior Financial Controller, in charge of managing the various investment vehicles. He then joined Apax Partners as Middle-Office Manager in charge of investor relations, before joining Naxicap Partners as Director of Investor Relations, where he was responsible for the management and operational administration of its fund portfolio.
He joined Altaroc in 2022 as Co-Director of Operations, responsible for building and deploying Altaroc technology solutions.
A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ponts et Chaussées, Laurent began his career at Dassault Systèmes, where he spent 17 years in IT development on highly complex simulation systems.
He then spent 12 years as Chief Technology Officer for financial software publishers: first Itesoft (invoicing digitization), then Cegedim (insurance), and finally Sopra Banking (banking).
He joined Altaroc in 2021 as Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for building, deploying and maintaining the technological and digital infrastructure, as well as overseeing IT processes.
A graduate of EFMA, Stanislas has an excellent knowledge of the digital environment applied to the world of finance.
After starting his career in 1999 with the Banque Populaire Group, where he carried out the complete rollout of remote banking, Stanislas founded the startup Orson.io in 2012, a SaaS website builder that empowers VSEs and IPOs in the design and management of their websites. After running Orson.io for seven years, Stanislas became an independent consultant in 2019, advising a range of digital companies around his core expertise: SEO and Growthacking. Stanislas also acted as mentor and coach to various startup incubators and gas pedals, while working as Marketing Officer of Humpact, the startup founded by the former Orange Bank team.
Stanislas joined Altaroc in 2021 as Chief Digital Officer, with the mission of deploying tailor-made acquisition and animation tools. He is also in charge of Altaroc's digital strategy.
A graduate of Neoma Business School, Dimitri has over 10 years' experience in Private Equity.
Dimitri began his career in 2015 at Ardian in the Fund of Funds and then Private Debt teams. In 2019, Dimitri joined Indosuez Wealth Management (Crédit Agricole Group), where he spent nearly three years as a Private Equity portfolio manager for high-end private clients.
Dimitri joined Altaroc in 2021 as Investment Director. His mission is to select the funds that make up Vintage Altaroc Odyssey, with the aim of guaranteeing optimal performance for distributors and private investors.
With a Master's degree in Financial Engineering and Market Finance (ISG), Thibault has solid experience in customer service roles applied to wealth management and digital financial platforms.
After working in wealth management and then in open architecture banking platforms, he joined Altaroc 2022 as Director of Partner Services. He oversees operational support for distributors and ensures quality of service in the integration of the group's private equity solutions.
With a Master's degree in Wealth Management, Olivia has over ten years of experience working with private and international clients, particularly in private banking.
Head of Partnerships at Altaroc 2022 in the Paris region, she develops and supports a network of wealth management advisors and family offices in integrating private equity solutions into their clients' asset allocations.
A graduate of ESSCA and holder of a university degree in wealth management (University of Auvergne), Cyril has nearly 18 years of experience in asset management and business development.
After holding sales positions at Financière de l’Échiquier and then ELEVA Capital, he joined Altaroc 2024 as Director of Development. He defines and implements the sales strategy for the various partner segments, with a view to supporting the distribution ofAltaroc private equity solutions.
A 1995 graduate of ISC, Edouard has over 20 years' middle & back office experience.
Edouard has spent most of his career with JP Morgan. In particular, he was involved in the creation of the asset management company J.P. Morgan Mansart Investments as Deputy COO. His work in Consulting, from 2015 to 2021, enabled him to strengthen his expertise in the digital transformation of organizations and processes. In particular, he serves asset management companies, wealth management advisors, Multi-Family Offices and private banks.
He joined Altaroc in 2022 as Co-Director of Operations, with responsibility for building and deploying technology solutions. He also supervises the Support teams, responsible for the operational follow-up of underwriting and middle office solutions.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Montpellier and holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Management in Business Administration (BA in MBA) from the University of Reading in the UK, Eric has been supervising the financial, accounting and administrative activities of Private Equity funds for over 15 years.
Eric began his career in 2003 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg, then in Paris, where he spent five years as Supervisor-Auditor in the Financial Services department. He then joined Fondinvest Capital, a fund-of-funds management company, where he held the position of Deputy CFO from March 2008, then CFO from January 2013.
Eric joined Altamir in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, then Altaroc in 2021, where he holds the same position. His main missions are to steer the company's financial and accounting activities, and ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations.
A graduate of Ecole Centrale Supelec and Wharton Business School (Palmer Award with High Distinction), Frédéric Stolar has over 35 years' experience in Private Equity, including almost 20 years as Co-founder and Managing Director of Sagard funds, the leading Mid-Market Investor in French-speaking Europe.
Frédéric began his career at Apax, before joining Warburg Pincus in London as Head of Financial Services. In 2001, with the support of Power Corporation of Canada and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (Albert Frère and Paul Desmarais families), he co-founded Sagard and successfully raised and deployed its first three funds, positioning the company as one of the most successful French investment funds in the mid-market segment.
In May 2021, Maurice Tchenio and Frédéric Stolar founded Altaroc, with Frédéric as Managing Partner.
Chairman and CEO of Altaroc Partners (formerly Amboise Partners), Maurice Tchenio is also Chairman of Altamir Gérance and Chairman of the AlphaOmega Foundation.
Maurice Tchenio began his career as assistant professor of finance at the HEC business school, before joining the Institut de Développement Industriel (IDI) in Paris, a merchant bank specialising in equity investments. In 1972, together with Ronald Cohen and Alan Patricof, he founded Apax Partners, today one of the world's leading Private Equity firms.
From 1972 to 2010, he was Chairman and CEO of Apax Partners SA, the Group's French branch. In 1995, he founded Altamir, a listed Private Equity company. In 2010, he created AlphaOmega, a venture philanthropy foundation officially recognised as in the public interest. He is a co-founder of AFIC (Association Française des Investisseurs pour la Croissance, which became France Invest in 2018) and a former director of EVCA (European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, now Invest Europe). Maurice Tchenio is a graduate of HEC and Harvard Business School, where he earned his degree and the title of Baker Scholar with high distinction.
