Altaroc’s financial reports
Summary
The purpose of financial reports is to provide investors with a clear and detailed overview of the performance of their private equity investments, in addition to the statement of financial position. Published quarterly, these reports are based on data provided by the underlying funds and are prepared by several internal teams. Twice a year, they are supplemented with in-depth analyses of the key portfolio companies and are the subject of dedicated presentations. These reports allow for tracking key performance indicators such as TVPI, DPI, and IRR, while noting that their interpretation is limited early in the fund’s life due to the J-curve. They also provide a concrete view of the portfolio’s evolution, the pace of investment, and, above all, the value creation of the portfolio companies, which is the primary driver of long-term performance.
