Plusgrade continues its expansion with the acquisition of Oaky, a Dutch company that has won several awards for its hotel upselling software. Oaky has been voted " Best Upselling Software " for six consecutive years by Hotel Tech Report (an international media specializing in technology for the hotel industry), a distinction which underlines the quality of its innovation and the tangible impact of its technology on hoteliers.
The Oaky integration will enable Plusgrade to offer an enriched platform, combining Oaky's intuitive user experience with the global experience of Plusgrade, which has already partnered with Eurostar and luxury hotels Atlantis Dubai.
Hoteliers will be able to personalize their offers before, during and after guests' stay, including upgrades, breakfasts, transfers, wellness experiences and premium services. The aim is to help each establishment boost sales while enriching the guest experience.
Since its creation in 2009 in Montreal, Plusgrade has established itself as a trusted partner of major travel brands, airlines, cruise lines, rail operators and hoteliers, helping them to generate additional revenue on a large scale. Today, the Canadian company works with over 2,500 hotels and hundreds of partners in more than 60 countries.
