Visma strengthens its HR software offering in Spain with the acquisition of tugesto

Visma, a company featured in the Vintage Altaroc Odyssey , Odyssey , and Discovery , recently announced the acquisition of the Spanish company tugesto. This transaction marks Visma’s fifth acquisition in Spain since entering the market in 2021 and represents a strategic step: the addition of payroll solutions to its software portfolio in Spain.
