“Our partners advise entrepreneurs and business leaders whose wealth is often closely tied to their companies. When private equity enters these complex wealth structures, it raises practical questions—whether regarding liquidity management, structuring, succession, or governance—that go beyond simply choosing a fund and require nuanced tax and wealth management solutions. Our goal is to provide our partners with cutting-edge expertise across the entire value chain—not to replace them, but to stand by their side when complexity demands it. This is the very essence ofAltaroc Wealth: to expand our service offering with the same high standards that have guided Altaroc since its inception.”
Thibaut Mortelecq, Director of Development
