Visma's Performance: Q3 Revenue Up 17%
Visma, a Norwegian company listed on the Vintage Altaroc Odyssey , Odyssey , and Altalife indices, reported revenue of 694 million euros in the third quarter of 2024, up 17% from the same period last year. This performance is primarily due to increased spending by existing customers and an expanding customer base. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also rose significantly, further strengthening the company’s financial position.
SaaS solutions, which form the core of Visma's offering, continued to grow significantly, accounting for an ever-increasing share of total sales. Visma thus combines healthy organic growth with strategic acquisitions, having integrated several new software companies during the quarter.
The company continued its expansion in European markets, notably with the acquisition of Quarksup, a provider of human resources management and payroll solutions in France. Visma also invested in Pathway Solutions, a specialist in e-commerce solutions in Germany, while strengthening its HR Tech offering in Chile with the acquisition of Rex+ Group.
