A fast-growing company. Infraneo, the infrastructure asset management specialist, acquires Technipipe

Featured in the Vintage Altaroc Odyssey 2021 and recently acquired by Seven Seven2Infraneo has just announced the acquisition of Technipipe, a Bouches-du-Rhône-based company specializing in services for pipeline operators and industrial plants.

Infraneo, a French engineering group with sales expected to reach 56 million euros by 2022, has thus completed its first external growth operation since Seven2 became a shareholder, and strengthened its expertise in the energy sector. With operations in France, Germany, Belgium and Spain, Infraneo is a specialist in soil and structural engineering.

Founded in 1990, Technipipe is a provider of services and technologies adapted to the piping of liquid and gaseous products. Its activities are organized around several complementary business lines, enabling it to offer its customers expertise in the monitoring, maintenance and integrity management of their industrial facilities.

On the one hand, it enables us to strengthen our presence in the PACA region, and above all to accelerate the creation of our Energy vertical in France. The Technipipe teams share our vision of the importance of managing the integrity of gas and petroleum product transport infrastructures. Infraneo will be able to draw on Technipipe's technical skills and teams to develop services for industrial customers in France and Europe ", explains Bruce Xiste, Infraneo's Chairman.

In 2021, the company also acquired Martin GmbH, a 50-strong German company specializing in cathodic protection systems for the oil and gas industry.
