This approach reduces the time needed to process an incident by up to 90%, while increasing alert processing capacity by a factor of three to five, without the need to recruit new analysts. In strategic terms, this acquisition is a major boost for Torq. While some players are just beginning to invest in AI to automate SOCs (the division within a company that ensures the organization's security), Torq now claims to havean 18-month head start in autonomous operational capability. By 2024, the company had already experienced exceptional growth, tripling its sales and doubling its workforce to more than 200 employees worldwide, not least thanks to the opening of a new headquarters in London, in addition to Tel Aviv.
