Herjavec merges with Fischtec to create a leader in cybersecurity solutions

Thanks to the complementary expertise of the two entities, the new group will offer a wide range of managed detection and response (MDR) solutions, professional services andidentity offerings to meet customers' increasingly complex information security needs.

By merging, the two entities Herjavec and Fishtech will be able to provide their customers with unrivalled security and cloud expertise, promoting security as a competitive differentiator via cutting-edge technology and services across the industry landscape. At the time of the merger, the new organization brings together over 600 security professionals operating in 6 operational centers: Kansas City, Toronto, London, Ottawa, Arkansas and Bangalore.

The combined company boasts one of the world's largest security engineering teams, fully dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to corporate customers. Robert Herjavec, founder of the Herjavec Group, will assume the role of CEO of the combined entity. Gary Fish, founder of Fishtech Group, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
