Herjavec and Fishtech merge to create a cybersecurity giant

In early 2022, Apax Partners (via the Apax X LP fund) merged Toronto-based Herjavec Group and Kansas City-based Fishtech Group to form one of the world's largest providers of cybersecurity solutions. Proudly presented by CEO Robert Herjavec under the Cyderes brand, the new Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP ) group is ranked No. 1 worldwide by Cyber Defense Magazine.

This new player provides processes and technology solutions to help companies optimize cybersecurity risk management and maintain a high level of compliance. Cyderes has six security operations centers and offices in the USA, Canada, the UK and India, as well as one of the largest security engineering teams in the world.

The new group combines Fishtech's know-how in enterprise MDR (Managed, Detection and Response) with Herjavec's expertise in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), providing the best cybersecurity solutions available on the market.
