Visma continues its exceptional growth trajectory, posting sales of 771 million euros in the first quarter of 2025, up 14.4% on the same period in 2024. EBITDA stood at 244 million euros (+18.6%), representing a margin of 31.6%. These impressive figures confirm the company's ability to combine growth and profitability. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) now stands at 2.8 billion euros, up 16% year-on-year, including 11.5% organic growth.
These results are part of a long-term dynamic: Visma's sales jump from 2.06 billion euros in 2022 to 2.39 billion in 2023 (+16%), before reaching 2.8 billion in 2024. At the same time, the number of customers has risen from 1.4 million in 2022 to over 2.1 million by early 2025.
Several factors explain this sustained growth: a robust SaaS model generating recurring and predictable revenues, a targeted acquisition strategy with 33 companies acquired by 2024, an assertive cloud orientation (over 85% of revenues by 2022) and rapid international expansion, notably in Europe and Latin America. Present today in 32 countries, Visma is positioned as a European giant in management software, capable of meeting the critical needs of SMEs, local authorities and regulated professions. Driven by a rapidly digitizing market and rigorous execution, the Norwegian company confirms, quarter after quarter, its status as a strategic player in the European technology landscape.
