These operations are part of a clear strategy to strengthen Visma 's presence on this continent, which is still little digitized but has great potential. Rindegastos is a Chilean platform specialized in expense management, used by over 4,500 companies. It offers a mobile interface enhanced by artificial intelligence, enabling complete automation of the expense cycle, while guaranteeing local tax compliance and seamless integration with ERP systems. Lara, meanwhile, is an Argentinian artificial intelligence company that develops conversational assistants based on natural language, capable of automating the processing of HR queries in large organizations.
By adding Lara to its portfolio, Visma strengthens its intelligent automation capabilities and paves the way for new applications of generative AI in its SaaS tools. These two acquisitions illustrate Visma's determination to play a leading role in the digitalization of Latin American businesses, where almost 90% of SMEs say they want to transform digitally, but only 31% have taken the plunge. The Rindegastos and Lara management teams will remain in place, supported by Visma's technological expertise and resources, to accelerate product development and regional expansion.
