Grant Thornton wins all Campus Forward Awards

Grant Thornton has been named "Best in class" at the Campus Forward Awards 2025, organized by RippleMatch. The U.S.-based company came out on top in each of the five categories evaluated: recruitment strategies, technological innovation, candidate experience, diversity & inclusion, and quality of internship programs. This unanimous recognition reflects the construction of a structured, high-performance HR system, capable of attracting and retaining the best talent right from the university stage.

In terms of technology, Grant Thornton uses tools such as Yello to automate interview scheduling, and LinkedIn AI to target candidate messages. In terms of experience, each young talent receives a detailed interview guide, benefits from a mentor pair as soon as the offer is signed, and is monitored with regular feedback right through to integration. The diversity approach is based on strong partnerships with universities historically attended by African-American students, such as HBCU, Hispanic institutions, and active participation in conferences such as those of NABA (an organization founded in 1969, which works to promote the representation and advancement of African-American professionals in the fields of accounting, auditing, finance and business) and ALPFA (founded in 1972, the oldest and largest organization dedicated to Latino professionals in the private sector).

Grant Thornton also offers the Empower program, aimed at students from under-represented groups, and supports the Accounting+ initiative to increase diversity in the accounting profession.
