"Strategically, we form a perfect symbiosis," said Dr Christoph Brönnimann, CEO of corpuls. Cosinuss brings a unique technology with its in-ear sensors, perfectly integrated into corpuls' hardware and digital ecosystem, while corpuls provides its decades of expertise in patient monitoring. "Together, we are strengthening our capacity for innovation in order to offer our customers modular, forward-looking solutions, and we have the ambition to explore new markets."
corpuls not only equips several German Länder (equivalent to federal regions) with its innovative telemedicine software, but also supports customers worldwide with tailor-made solutions. Its software enables emergency services to use their smartphones to involve other medical specialists virtually, via audio or video transmission, and to share medical data such as electrocardiograms, vital parameters, videos or photos in real time. Cosinuss' sensor will be integrated with corpuls software, creating an ideal combination for patient management. The sensor can also be used as a stand-alone, ultra-compact monitoring system.
Founded in 1982 in Kaufering, Germany, corpuls has established itself as a leading supplier of innovative, high-quality products for emergency care services. The company sells its products in over 60 countries, and achieved sales of 155 million euros in 2024.
