82% ofIFS revenues now come from recurring revenue sources such as SaaS subscriptions, up 24% in one year, while cloud revenues record a spectacular increase of 37 %. This success is based on a solid customer base of major industrial groups such as ArcelorMittal, Japan Airlines and TotalEnergies, who have chosen IFS to support their transformation towards greater resilience and operational efficiency.
At the same time, IFS is consolidating its technological lead with two flagship initiatives. The Swedish company recently acquired TheLoops, a company specializing in artificial intelligence. This acquisition enables IFS to integrate a new generation of AI capable of acting autonomously in complex industrial environments. In addition, IFS has launched Nexus Black, a tool designed to more rapidly deploy tailor-made AI solutions that are more powerful and better adapted to the needs of large enterprises than standard tools.
These results are also welcomed by the market. IFS is currently valued at 15 billion euros. The company is the only one to receive the "Customers' Choice" title in the "Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer 2025" report for the business software sector, and retains its number 1 ranking in this market for the fourth year running. It is also now an advisor to the UK Parliamentary Group on AI: all recognitions that underline its influence and continued growth.
