About Far Niente

Far Niente is an iconic Napa Valley winery operating six brands: Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, Dolce, Bella Union, EnRoute and Post & Beam.

Founded in 1885, the company is one of Napa Valley's oldest wineries, with a long history of winemaking excellence.Bottles produced under Far Niente brands sell on average between $80 and $120 each, with around 63% of sales coming from Cabernet Sauvignon varietals and around 24% from Chardonnay.

45% of Far Niente sales are made directly to consumers via wine club memberships and tasting room sales, with the remainder marketed via a network of 15,000 gourmet restaurants and specialist liquor retail outlets.
