Intellectual property management: Anaqua acquires RightHub

Anaqua, a world leader in intellectual property (IP) management technology solutions, announces the acquisition of RightHub, an innovative UK platform specializing in IP management software and services. This strategic operation marks a new stage in Anaqua's expansion, strengthening its presence in Europe, particularly in the UK. RightHub, designed to meet the needs of law firms and mid-sized companies, brings to this acquisition native artificial intelligence expertise, offering tools such as AI-assisted analysis, automated patent application drafting and collaborative IP process management.

The integration of RightHub enables Anaqua to enrich its portfolio of solutions, while maintaining RightHub as a distinct brand, complementary to its existing platforms: AQX (the main platform for large corporations and law firms) and Pattsy Wave (a smaller solution for medium-sized to small law firms, as well as in-house legal departments). Toni Nijm, co-founder and CEO of RightHub, will join Anaqua's management team, bringing his extensive experience in the field of IP management.
