Vitaprotech, the French leader in security solutions for sensitive sites, has just finalized the acquisition of Neo InSys, a company based in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Île-de-France) specializing in the design of safety and security systems.
Present in the Vintage Altaroc Odyssey 2021, Vitaprotech develops and manufactures intrusion detection, access control and intelligent monitoring solutions for industrial sites and nuclear power plants. It employs over 400 people in France, Germany, the UK and the USA.
With this latest acquisition, the French group continues its expansion in France and Europe. Founded in 2011, Neo InSys is recognized for its intelligent and efficient security solutions, and in particular for its customization of hypervision and supervision systems. The company has enjoyed continuous growth, with a significant increase in sales over the past 4 years, reaching 4 million euros in June 2023.
