Throughout 2024, Cadence Education completed 19 external growth operations, integrating 31 new schools into its network. These targeted acquisitions not only strengthened the Group's geographic presence, now active in 30 US states, but also enriched the diversity of its educational portfolio, which now includes traditional preschools, preparatory academies as well as Montessori centers (schools considered "high-end"). This strategy of controlled diversification enables Cadence Education to offer differentiated educational paths, adapted to the specific needs of families, while maintaining a high level of pedagogical standards.
Zach Abdorrahimzadeh, the company's Chief Development Officer, emphasizes that these results are about more than just quantitative growth. "The numbers reflect our momentum, but the heart of our success lies in our deep commitment to every community we serve. Each acquisition is thought of as a respectful integration, honoring the heritage and uniqueness of each school."
This approach, based on listening, trust and support, sets Cadence Education apart in a sector where standardization can sometimes threaten the local identity of educational establishments. This respect for existing cultures and the fluidity of the transition process are praised by the owners of recently integrated schools. A representative of Cinnamon Tree Children's Centers says: "Cadence has enabled us to guarantee the continuity of what we built 38 years ago." For his part, a former executive of the TARTTs Group (a network of private day nurseries) shares that "Cadence was the only company willing to listen, understand what was important to us, and personalize the integration process."
