Vintage Discovery 2024 is committed to 2 funds: Hg Mercury 4, a Mid-Market fund from Buyout managed by Hg, Europe's largest and leading manager in the software sector, and Five Arrows Principal Investment IV ("FAPIIV"), a Mid-Market fund from Buyout which invests in the software, healthcare and business services sectors.
Both funds invest 20-25% of their assets in Europe and the USA.

How FCPR Discovery works

Minimum subscription amount
The insurer determines the minimum subscription amount within the life insurance contract
Cash liquidity
The client may decide to sell Discovery shares at any time. The shares will be redeemed by the insurer at their net asset value.
Net asset value
The value of the client's shares is determined by the insurer, who receives the portfolio's net asset value from Altaroc every two months.
