Mentaal Beter

Supported by 170 care centers in the Netherlands, Mentaal Beter's 1,300 therapists offer treatment to adults, children and adolescents for pathological conditions of mild to moderate severity. They work, for example, with over 600 schools in the Netherlands to support children with dyslexia.

The group has succeeded in forging a solid reputation for integrity, professionalism, efficiency and transparency with third-party payers (private insurers and local authorities). Its organization, structured around a high-performance shared services center to support agency therapists, and its highly rigorous approach based on clinically validated protocols, enable it to expand rapidly and easily integrate new acquisitions (16 operations completed since 2017).

The transforming acquisition of HSK in February 2022 has enabled us to extend our territorial coverage in the Netherlands and acquire a complementary leadership position in the B2B segment.

Mentaal Beter is also a highly digital player: its therapists use teleconsultation (boosted by Covid-19-related confinements), but also digital tools to measure "patient benefit" and virtual reality to treat cases of anxiety. The company also makes a number of e-health modules available to patients.
