The Forge Companies

The Forge Companies was founded on a simple observation: in the U.S. legal sector, families who receive compensation after an accident are forced to rely on a multitude of different service providers—insurers, wealth managers, trustees, and accountants—with no consistency or coordination among them.

Since 2003, the company has built an integrated platform that brings all of these services together under one roof: Forge Consulting for settlement planning, Advocacy Wealth Management for wealth management, Advocacy Trust for the creation and administration of trusts, and Forge Capital for financial services for law firms. This unique model allows attorneys to focus on their cases, while Forge handles the financial and wealth management aspects for their clients.

In February 2026, The Forge Companies announced a strategic partnership with TA Associates accelerate its growth and strengthen its platform nationwide.
