Smarter Technologies is a platform created by the New Mountain Capital fund to modernize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the healthcare sector. The RCM market, estimated at $87 billion in the United States, is still largely managed internally by hospitals, using manual processes that are not very efficient.

The teams at Smarter Technologies, supported by Fund manager Mountain, aim to transform the platform from a simple offshore service provider into a technology leader in the sector. To achieve this, they will leverage several strategies: integrating automation and AI solutions to improve the accuracy of billing processes, strengthening their sales approach in the United States to accelerate revenue growth, and pursuing a targeted acquisition strategy to build a Revenue Integrity division.
