In the UK, Howden ranks among the top five insurance brokers thanks to the recent acquisitions of A-Plan and Aston Lark, and is the 4th largest international reinsurance broker following the acquisition of TigerRisk in the USA.

With over 16,000 employees worldwide, nearly a third of whom are shareholders, Howden manages nearly 38 billion in insurance premiums through its various activities.
