Atoss offers over 20 functionalities enabling companies to comply with legislation, create a positive 'employee experience' and work more transparently, efficiently and flexibly. The company offers three distinct products: a comprehensive suite for enterprises (~80% of sales), a mid-range product (~18% of sales), and a lightweight, application-based solution targeting SMEs (less than 3% of sales).

Today, ATOSS software is used by 6,000 medium-sized and large companies, and 9,000 SMEs, representing over four million employees in a wide variety of sectors.

Its customers include leading companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Lufthansa, Shell, ThyssenKrupp, Barry Callebaut and Aldi.

Its main markets are Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
