About Mobileye

Founded in 1999 by computer and artificial intelligence visionary Amnon Shashua, Mobileye is committed to reducing road accidents, a mission that has earned it numerous awards, including the prestigious Israel Prize and worldwide recognition.

In 2017, Intel acquired Mobileye for $15 billion, setting an Israeli record for the largest financial transaction to date.

Since its listing on the Nasdaq in October 2022, Mobileye has become the global spearhead of driver assistance systems and technologies for autonomous vehicles. The company has developed advanced collision avoidance and driver assistance solutions, offering drivers enhanced protection and peace of mind on the road.

In partnership with Porsche, Mobileye recently deployed its revolutionary "Navigate-on-Pilot" technology, equipping German models for autonomous navigation and adaptive driving. Cooperation continues with other automotive giants such as BMW, Nissan and Volkswagen, and Mobileye plans to equip Bentley's first electric vehicle, due to go on sale in 2026, with hands-free driving technology evolving towards fully autonomous driving.

Mobileye's SuperVision system, used in the electric version of the Porsche Macan, will also be integrated in this Bentley model, equipped with 11 cameras offering 360-degree vision for automated lane changes and adaptive responsiveness to the road environment.

With over 140 million vehicles from 38 different brands equipped with its technologies, Mobileye generated sales of $1.8 billion in 2022, testifying to sustained growth and growing influence in the field of road safety and autonomous driving.
