Thanks to a database fed by 11 million contracts and 1 billion pieces of data, Evisort's technology analyzes the context of documents and interprets legal language to help operational teams move faster and reduce company costs.

Based in San Francisco, Evisort was the first Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) company to achieve ISO 27001 and 27001 certification.

Jerry Ting explains that his experience in law school led him to realize that traditional legal practice mainly involved tedious document review. This motivated him to develop a more efficient solution using advances in artificial intelligence. Unlike rules-based approaches, Evisort uses advanced AI technology to accurately extract essential information from even digitized contracts.

In 2022, Evisort recorded sales growth of almost 90%, reaching $14 million.
